DAY 1 – Monday, April 13 (Arrival + Welcome)
- All Day: Airport pickups & hotel check-ins (transportation provided)
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Hospitality Suite open with welcome drinks, snacks & gift bags
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Welcome Dinner Reception Casual buffet with Ghanaian music & mingling
DAY 2 – Tuesday, April 14 (Cultural Day + Rehearsal)
- 9:00 AM: Traditional Wedding Attire Fitting
- 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM:
* Cultural City Tour
* Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park
* Arts Centre (crafts, souvenirs)
* Independence Square & the Black Star Gate
* Lunch at Skybar or Bistro 22 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Traditional Wedding Rehearsal
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Optional Group Dinner out at Labadi Pleasure Beach
DAY 3 – Wednesday, April 15 (Cape Coast & Elmina Day Trip)

If I book my flight and hotel through the travel agent, do I need to arrange my own airport transfers?

Do I need a visa to travel to Ghana for the wedding?
U.S. passport holders do need a visa, which must be applied for in advance. However, Trinidad & Tobago passport holders are visa-exempt and can enter Ghana without applying.
